We currently deliver to:

  • All cities and regions in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • All regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

📦 Note: At this time, we do not offer shipping to other GCC countries or internationally.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

🚚 UAE & KSA Orders:
Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days

⏳ Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or product availability.

3. Shipping Fees

  • UAE: ✅ Free Shipping on all orders

  • KSA: ✅ Free Shipping on all orders

No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

4. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends or public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call once your order is shipped.

  • Tracking info will be provided when available.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for UAE & KSA orders only

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays

  • Payment is made in cash upon delivery to the courier

6. Delivery Delays or Issues

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Unexpected weather conditions

  • High-demand periods (e.g., holidays)

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
