At Habibi Official, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we ensure every order meets our quality standards, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind (e.g., no longer wanting the product)

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or public holidays

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number, photos or video of the product, and the reason for return

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps (either pick-up or return instructions)

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Store credit, or

    • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

  • Refunds are not issued in cash under any circumstances

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care tools or hygiene-related products

  • Electronics with unsealed or tampered packaging

  • Custom-made or special request items

  • Discounted or sale items

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement

  • After 1 hour or once the order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping costs

  • If the return is for any other approved reason, you are responsible for the return shipping charges
